"Is It Complacency or Contentment?"

I saw a church billboard today that asked the question "is it complacency or contentment?" I think that's really the crux of the question I've been asking myself lately. I'm trying to decipher whether my lack of ambition is a sign that I'm losing my guts or that I'm happy where I am. I'm leaning happy, but there are always nagging doubts.
